The Brisbane Customer Experience and Design Thinking Group is a Meetup group with more than 1,000 members. The group is keen on learning more about CX and design (obviously) but also about performance improvement. This more broadly and covers a range of people from CX and UX designers to consultants, small business operators and CX programme managers within corporate, and most roles in-between.
The group has invited me to speak twice at their events. The first one was Profit by Design and the second was, “How to make you KPIs more meaningful“.
These events always attract a good crowd. And maybe it is because people have decided to go out on a Wednesday evening, that they are engaged when they get there. Keen to learn and keen to share their experiences.
